Bio Orto Vegetable Tomato Sauce
The sauce is cooked slowly by gently frying onions, carrots, celery and garlic in EVOO. The tomato pulp and purée along with seasonal vegetables – courgettes, aubergines, peppers and parsley – are added to this mix. The Bio Orto Organic Tomato Sauce with Vegetables is a product that is ready to be used and is free from preservatives and added sugar.
Ingredients: Organic tomato pulp (40%), organic tomato purée (37%), organic courgettes (4%), organic aubergines (4%), organic peppers (4%), organic EVOO (3%), organic onion (2,5%), organic carrot (2,4%), organic celery* (2%), salt, organic garlic, organic parsley.
Pairings: Ideal for pasta, pizza, lasagne, legumes, soups and for preparing the rabbit with vegetable sauce.
Conservation method: Store in a cool place, away from light and heat sources. Store in the fridge once opened and consume within 3 days.
